Japan's Liberal Democrats Poised to Retake Power

The ballots are still being counted - but it looks like a familiar face is poised to lead Japan. Exit polls suggest the country's Liberal Democratic Party has won a resounding victory in national elections. The result would return former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to the country's top job. He quit the position in 2007 citing ill health. He told reporters that he planned to change the country's pacifist constitution to give Japan a bigger role in global security.
