Civilians Hit in Syria's Binnish
Chaos in Iblib province as Syrians head to the site of an explosion. This amateur footage, which cannot be independently verified by Reuters, is said to be filmed on Sunday (February 3) in the town of Binnish. It appears to show the aftermath of a missile strike on the town - and the young victims of the attack. The group surrounding a damaged vehicle are trying to help someone trapped inside.
