NYPD: Al-Qaida 'Motivated' Fed Reserve Suspect
Federal authorities on Wednesday arrested a man they said was plotting to blow up the Federal Reserve building in Manhattan. New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says the 21-year-old suspect 'was motivated by al-Qaida.' (Oct. 17)
