WSB-TV Channel 2 Will Show Lenox Square Fireworks
Fourth of July celebration will include live concert

(NYSE:SPG), announced a new agreement that will bring the legendary July 4th celebration broadcast to Channel 2 WSB-TV.Channel 2 will televise the renowned celebration live from Lenox Square in high-definition, showing the scale and scope of the largest fireworks show in the Southeast, as well as other activities such as live concerts, kids’ activities and the growing crowds of revelers.This will be the first time Lenox Square’s July 4th celebration has been broadcast in high-definition. Channel 2 WSB-TV has been a leader in the Atlanta area for televising local events and programs in high definition, and the station has ranked number one in Atlanta since it signed on almost 60 years ago."We appreciate that WSB-TV is making a significant investment in Lenox Square’s Independence Day tradition," said Dewayne Herbert, area director of mall marketing, Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza.
