We have moved to the playoff portion of the contest to determine the Kroger Air & Ground Performance of the Year. See the description and video of the performances below and then vote.

WEEK 10

This week's top ground performance comes from Walton High School's Michael Boydston. Boydston rushed the ball 47 times against Roswell....good for 257 yards and all four Walton touchdowns in a 28-21 victory. This week's top air performance comes from St. Pius High School's P.G. Standard. Standard passed for 102 yards and two touchdowns....added another 48 yards rushing and two more touchdowns in a 66-7 win over Riverwood.

WEEK 9

This week's top air performance comes from Chattahoochee High School's Brendan Cross. Cross was 14 for 20 for 133 yards and 3 touchdowns. He added another touchdown on the ground in a 37-7 win over Northview. This week's top ground performance comes from Sprayberry High School's David Carter. Carter rushed for 181 yards and 3 touchdowns. Carter added a 78 yard kickoff return that came up 1 yard shy of a touchdown. Sprayberry beat South Paulding 35-15.

WEEK 8

This week's top air performance comes from Cartersville High School's Donavan Tate. Tate was 12 for 18 for 213 yards and 2 touchdowns. He added another 108 yards rushing including a 60 yard touchdown run in a 28-22 win over Central of Carroll County. This week's top ground performance comes from Blessed Trinity High School's Sam Burkhalter. In the first half, Burkhalter racked up 267 yards on just nine carries. That was good for four touchdowns including an 86 yard scamper. Blessed Trinity beat Cross Keys 76-0.

WEEK 7

This week's top ground performance comes from Marist High School's Sam McNearney. McNearney racked up 109 yards and 2 touchdowns on just 8 carries. To top it off, he also intercepted a pass, returned it 30 yards for another touchdown in a 37 to 7 win over Forsyth Central. This week's top air performance comes from Sprayberry High School's Forest Holt. Holt did it all from his quarterback position. In Sprayberry's first 3 offensive plays, Holt scored twice. He added a 29-yard touchdown through the air in the second quarter, a 4th td on the ground in a 56 to 7 win over Paulding County.

WEEK 6

This week's top ground performance comes from Darrien Hudson of Eagle's Landing Christian. Hudson scored two touchdowns on the ground and added an 85 yard kickoff return for a touchdown in a 74-12 win over Southwest Atlanta Christian. This week's air performance comes from Sandy Creek High School's Rio Johnson. The Patriots improved to (5-0) after Johnson threw an 83 yard touchdown pass and a 62 yard touchdown. Sandy Creek beat Whitewater 24-14.

WEEK 5

This week's top air performance comes from Kell High School's Austin Petrick. Petrick threw for 173 yards and 2 touchdowns....added another 59 yards rushing in a come from behind win against Pope. This week's top ground performance comes from Walton High School's Michael Boydston. He rushed for 335 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 42-14 win over Alpharetta.

WEEK 4

This week's top ground performance comes from St Pius High School's Jonathan Carter. Carter rushed for 57 yards and 2 touchdowns, picked up 44 yards through the air, 100 yards on returns and scored the winning touchdown...but in doing so, broke his ankle and had to have season ending surgery this week. This week's top air performance comes from Chattahoochee High School's Brendan Cross. He threw for 263 yards and 3 touchdowns last Friday night. He rushed for another 99 yards and 3 more touchdowns in their 47-28 win over South Forsyth.

WEEK 3

This week's top ground performance comes from Walton High School's Michael Boydston. Boydston racked up 301 yards on 35 carries to go along with 5 touchdowns in a 42-28 win over Campbell. This week's top air performance comes from North Gwinnett High School's Michael Tamburo. He threw for 155 yards and 2 touchdowns, scored another rushing TD as North Gwinnett knocked off South Forsyth 35-0.

This week's top ground performance comes from Roswell RB Reid Suhr. He scored 3 td's in just over a half. Blessed Trinity QB Kohl Hegeschweiler is the Kroger Air Performer for the week after throwing for 4 td's.
