Another NFL season has arrived and am I missing something here? The Falcons can not sellout a home game, let alone their FIRST home game of the season? Oh.. my bad.. they did announce a sellout after their corporate partners purchsed the remaining tickets right before the deadline to determine a blackout. Great for the Boys and Girls club of Atlanta who will get the ticekts.. bad for the Falcons that it's Week 1 and they already had to deal with a potential blackout.

Chad Javon Ocho Cinco. That is the new legal name for the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Javon Ocho Cinco, formely known as Chad Johnson. You see... the NFL would not allow "Johnson" to put "Ocho Cinco" on the back of the jersey.. so what did he do?.. Well.. he went to Florida and had is named leagally changed. Now.. the Bengals have to list #85 as Ocho Cinco. He now should change his number to #1 because all this guys cares about is himself.

Did you see the Williams sisters tennis match in the Quarterfinals of the U.S. Open? Amazing tennis as Serena beat Venus 7-6, 7-6, but I feel real bad for both Rafael Nadal and Mandy Fish. They did not take the court until 11:30pm, with the match ending at 2:10.. IN THE MORNING.

High School football brings a smile to my face. The Bands.. the cheerleaders.. the 2 dollar hot dogs on the grill.. pure fun.

Michael Turner has averaged 5.5 yards per carry.. for his entire career, but he has never had more then 80 carries in a season. He could reach that number by their 7th game of the season against Philadelphia.

Thunder.... that is the new name of the NBA franchise in Oklahoma City. When the team pulled down the curtain to show its new logo.. the AC/DC's song "Thunderstruck" was played. I have 5 bucks that says Tulsa Oklahoma Native Garth Brooks will have his song "Thunder Rolls" played after every Thunder victory.

Z likes Georgia by 32.. G-Tech by 3 and the Falcons by 6 in Matt Ryan's regular season debut.
