Atlanta, GA -- (Sports Network) - Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan left Sunday's 20-17 win against Tampa Bay with a right big toe injury. In the first quarter, Ryan was pushed out of bounds on a 1st-and-10 play and on the next play Chris Redman was under center for Atlanta. A bit later Ryan walked into the locker room under his own power and was back on the sidelines for the second half with his foot in a walking boot. . He was 2-for-3 for 15 yards before leaving. Redman went 23-for-41 with 243 yards and two scores and led Atlanta to a game- winning drive late in the fourth quarter. Also, the team lost running back Michael Turner, who had just 33 yards on 12 carries. He aggravated a right ankle injury that had caused him to miss last week's game and had his status as doubtful for the Tampa Bay game. He suffered the injury in the third quarter and did not return.
