WSB-TV & WSBTV.com High School Football Internship

Channel 2, WSB-TV in Atlanta is looking for a high school football intern for the Fall semester. The intern will get to learn all aspects of WSB-TV's high school football coverage. The intern will have the opportunity to spend both time in the field and at WSB-TV studios. The person selected will spend most of their time working in conjunction with the web department. There will be an opportunity to work with WSBTV.com on news coverage, too. We are looking for someone with a basic knowledge of high school football as well as someone with a working knowledge of the Internet. If you are interested in a news internship, this is not the position for you. This internship is for someone that has an interest in high school football or sports. Requirements
-A minimum of 25 hours a week
-Must be a college Junior, Senior or Grad Student
-Must receive course credit from a college or university
-Successful completion of a background check

Other Details
-Weekend hours are possible but most hours will be completed during the week
-There is a stipend of $50/week
-This is a high school football internship, not a newsroom internship. For a newsroom internship click News Internship.
