She said she could not provide the toxocology report, only the cause and manner of death. She would only identify herself as Investigator Galloway, medical examiner No. 25.

Pitcher Michael Hutts, 21, was a management major who was listed on Georgia Tech's dean's list last year. He graduated from the Wesleyan School in Norcross in 2005 where he holds the school records for career wins and strikeouts. He also lettered in basketball and cross country.

Ryan Tinkoff, Hutts' teammate and roommate, told police he noticed Hutts' eyes were dilated before Tinkoff went to bed around midnight. Tinkoff said he entered Hutts' room about 1:30 p.m. the following day when Hutts did not respond to knocks on the door. According to the report, Tinkoff found Hutts non-responsive and his arm was "purplish."
