Marvin Albers, a Navy Submariner, just returned from overseas. His wife, Rosalyn-Sue attends graduate school, diligently cares for the medical needs of their 18-month old, and works tirelessly to support several thousand troops through the organization she founded, Operation Stars & Stripes, Inc.
