1. Eligibility. Subject to the additional limitations below, the WSB-TV Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios "Win a Free Makeover for You and a Friend" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to residents of the state of Georgia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WSB-TV ("Sponsor"), Merle Norman Cosmetics, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible.
   
   
2. Entry. The Sweepstakes will begin at 9 a.m. (E.S.T.) on March 5, 2007 and will continue until 12pm (E.S.T.) on March 18, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, log onto wsbtv.com, click on the Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios "Win a Free Makeover for You and a Friend link and complete all of the required information and follow all instructions on the official entry page. MAXIMUM ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Individuals who submit multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning the ISP addresses. Any questions regarding the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
   
   
3. Prizes, Odds and Winner Selection. On the morning of March 19, 2007, one grand prize winner will be drawn at random from the accumulated entries and will be awarded a free makeover for them and one friend, from one of the participating Merle Norman locations. Approximate retail value of the prize is $150 ($75 per makeover). Odds of winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received by the conclusion of the entry period.
   
   
4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified by telephone, on or about March 19, 2007. Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No cash equivalents or substitutions allowed, except that prize and individual components of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners' consent to the publication of their names, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
   
   
5. Reservation of Rights by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.
   
   
6. Sponsor. The WSB-TV Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios "Win a Free Makeover for You and a Friend is sponsored by WSB-TV. WSB-TV will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
