  4. How to Play/Prizes/Odds. The number and type of prizes that will be awarded will be determined by the plays that occur in the professional basketball finals, scheduled to be broadcast on ABC in June 2006. Every time one of the plays set forth below (each, a "prize-qualifying play") occurs during one of those games, the corresponding prize(s) on the schedule below will be added to the pool of prizes to be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes

The play/prize breakdown is as follows:

If any player scores 50 or more points during regulation time of a finals game, one (1) 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT (ARV $30,000) from Superior Chevrolet will be added to the prize pool (a maximum of two (2) prizes may be awarded)

If any player scores 45 or more points during regulation time of a finals game, one (1) cash prize of $5,000 will be added to the prize pool (a maximum of two (2) prizes may be awarded).

If any player scores 40 or more points during regulation time of a finals game, a deluxe weekend stay at Harrah's Cherokee Casino (two nights accommodations, dinner for two, $250 in spending money) will be added to the prize pool (a maximum of two (2) prizes may be awarded).

For every three point field goal scored during the finals, a $10 Papa John's gift card will be added to the prize pool.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, combined with the odds of the prize-qualifying plays occurring in the finals. Sponsor reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether to award cash or non-cash prizes for the plays described above. If any or all of the prize-qualifying plays described above do not occur during the bowl games, the corresponding prize(s) will not be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes. Winners of any prize valued at $600 or more will be issued a 1099 form at the end of 2006. Trailblazer winner, if any, will be required to pay tax, tag and title fees upon acceptance of the vehicle and must be licensed drivers with valid Georgia motor vehicle insurance at time of prize delivery.

Major prize winners will be notified by telephone on or about the week of June 27, 2006. Failure to reach winners by telephone at number provided (WSB may call only once) may result in disqualification, and selection of asubstitute winner.
