A winning Georgia Lottery instant ticket with a $1 million top prize was sold in Columbus. Publix Super Market #0562, located at 5435 Woodruff Farms Road, sold a winning ticket worth $1 million from the Georgia Lottery’s 20th Anniversary Extravaganza instant game.
