Winning ticket worth $1M sold in Cobb County

ATLANTA — A Georgia Lottery instant ticket worth a million dollars was sold in Cobb County. Shell Express, located at 2370 Spring Road S.E. in Smyrna, sold a $10 Million Cash Spectacular instant ticket with a $1 million top prize.

The winner, Claro Vargas of Smyrna, claimed his prize at Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.

Georgia Lottery instant game $10 Million Cash Spectacular is loaded with cash prizes, including top prizes of up to $10 million.
