Air Quality Will Be Unhealthy

ATLANTA —

The metro Atlanta area is under a code red smog alert.

That means the air quality is expected to be unhealthy for everyone on Wednesday.

People are urged to limit outdoor exposure. People with respiratory programs are advised not to go outside.

The National Weather Service says highs should be in the low to mid-90s.
