ALBANY, Ga. — Police are befuddled by a person who is stealing tailgates off trucks throughout the city.
"The entire City has been plagued by unknown person(s) stealing tailgates from trucks," Albany police said in a release. "Even the City of Albany has been a victim of these crimes."
