Snow Forecast For North Georgia Tuesday

ATLANTA — Severe Weather Team 2 meteorologist Brad Nitz says metro Atlanta could see more snow come Tuesday.

"I expect the best chance for accumulating snow to be in the northern suburbs and in particular, the north Georgia mountains," said Nitz.

Nitz also said the rain/snow mix in metro Atlanta may change over to all snow for a few hours.

Tuesday's low should be in the mid-30s, with the high reaching the upper -30s.

"The chance of snow showers will continue into Tuesday evening before clearing out for mid-week," said Nitz.
