The former Atlanta Braves pitcher and his wife Kathryn are selling their Milton estate. The asking price is $7.2 million.

It sits on 22 acres and includes some pretty amazing facilities.

"You're going to find an 18-hole golf course, an outdoor living area to include a pool and spa, full-sized football field, baseball field, tennis courts; just about everything you could imagine in a sportsman's paradise," listing agent Alex McGraw of McGraw and Associates told Nelson's News on wsbtv.com.

The home itself is over 22,000 square feet and includes 10 bedrooms, 10 full-baths and 4 half-baths. The main level and upstairs include many of the living areas. The downstairs, McGraw noted, is all about fun.

"You've got recreation rooms, several bar areas, full-fledged theater, fitness center; it's unbelievable as far as the details are concerned throughout the home," McGraw said.

There's an eight-car garage, an au pair suite and security cameras spanning the property.

"We've had the home appraised," McGraw said. "We know what went into it. It's several million dollars under what the home is valued at, what went into building the estate. It's very unique. You won't find another home  in metro Atlanta with everything that this has to offer."
