Police said they got a break in the case when the Blue struck again, abducting a woman on Thursday night, on Hambrick Road and the Memorial Drive area of Stone Mountain

Police said the woman got away and Blue was found driving her car in the area. He led officers on a chase, they caught him at an apartment complex, not far from Hambrick Road, according to investigators.

The Hambrick Road area is where detectives said he's been terrorizing women, breaking into their apartments then sexually assaulting them.

Officers have canvassed the area several times over the past few months. Those who live in the area are relieved.

"It's about time, and I'm hoping and praying it's the end of this. I feel more comfortable living in my own home," said neighbor Marstein Johnson.

The victims ranged in age from their teens to 30s.

DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis, Public Safety Director William Miller, and Police Chief William OBrien announced Blue's arrest at a Friday afternoon news conference.
