Teen Arrested On Sex Charges

Police arrested a 19-year-old man and charged him with lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim 12 to 15 years of age in Charlton Co., Ga.

Deputies said Lason Horne admitted to having sex with the 15-year-old victim on at least two occasions.

Deputies said the victim told them that she had a sexual relationship with Horne for about a month.

Horne was in Charlton Co. when he was interviewed. Deputies said the sexual encounters occurred in Hilliard, Fla.

Deputies said Horne was interviewed again on Dec. 16 and was arrested after admitting to having sex with the victim.

He is currently being held in the Nassau County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
