Teacher wins top Georgia Lotto prize

A Forsyth County preschool teacher won $1 million dollars in the Georgia Lottery just before the start of the next school year.

Judy Pelham, of Cumming, won the top prize in the instant game Georgia Lottery Black.

The winning ticket was purchased at Save Money Food Mart on Hutchinson Road.

Pelham, 56, said she and her husband have not decided what to do with their winnings.
