It all started when a Kennesaw police officer attempted to pull over a white Chevy Impala for a tag violation, police told Cavitt. Instead of stopping the vehicle, the driver took off, police said.

Officers said they chased the driver past Kennesaw Mountain. When the driver tried to turn right onto Kennesaw Avenue, he lost control of the vehicle, flipping upside down and severely damaging two other cars in the process, police said.

The driver, identified as 18-year-old Raymond Agrinsoni, was arrested at the scene and faces a long list of charges including reckless driving.
