Shots Fired Near Downtown Atlanta Shoe Store
ATLANTA —
A fight inside a downtown Atlanta shoe store escalated after police said someone started firing shots.
It happened at about 4:18 p.m. at Walter’s shoe store near the intersection of Peachtree Center Avenue and Decatur Street.
Police took one person into custody.
The ordeal prompted an automated call to Georgia State students since some classrooms were located in the general area.
