Ritz-Carlton, Reynolds Plantation Earns AAA Five Diamond Award For 2010

The American Automobile Association has awarded The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation its prestigious symbol of excellence, the AAA Five Diamond Award for 2010. This award recognizes the finest properties throughout North America for demonstration of a commitment to hospitality in every aspect of operation. This is the fourth consecutive AAA Five Diamond Award for the Greensboro, Georgia resort, which is one of just six lodgings in the state, and 113 nationwide, to be honored for 2010.

To be considered for AAA rating and approval, restaurants and lodgings must undergo a thorough inspection by AAA’s full-time, trained, professional evaluators. Five Diamond establishments go through more extensive inspections as well as final committee review. AAA evaluated more than 60,000 lodging and restaurants for 2010, while just 0.27 percent of all properties evaluated received the coveted Five Diamond mark.
