HENRY COUNTY, Ga. —
Police said a 20-year-old man tried to cross Highway 19 in Henry County late Sunday night.
A car hit and killed him.
Troopers said the crash appears to be an accident.
The deceased was identified as Tracy Lee Tompkins, 27, of Commerce.
