New Georgia Lottery Host Set To Make TV Debut

ATLANTA —

The Georgia Lottery’s new host/spokesperson is set to take center stage. John Crow, the successful candidate in the Georgia Lottery’s Talent Search, debuts Friday at 6:59 p.m. during the Cash 3 Evening drawing.

"This is an amazing opportunity," said Crow, 38, a resident of Atlanta. "I hope to bring a touch of humor, excitement and fun to the daily drawings and to the lottery’s special events around the state."

After 4,750 online registrants, American Idol-style auditions, intense interviews and live lottery drawings, Crow was selected as the new host/spokesperson in the Georgia Lottery’s Talent Search.

As a spokesman, Crow will draw lottery numbers several nights a week and will travel the state to give out large payments to lottery winners and meet HOPE scholarship recipients.

Crow was revealed as the successful candidate in the Georgia Lottery’s Talent Search during a televised special hosted by Entertainment Tonight’s Jann Carl.
