Message To Pine Street Elementary Parents

Good Morning Pine Street Parents, this is Principal Kim Vier calling with an important message about school today. We have been informed that the Conyers Police Department is investigating a potentially hazardous situation in Olde Town and have closed the area. This means we will not be able to enter our campus to begin our school day. Pre-k through 2nd grade will begin school at CJ Hicks Elementary and 3rd through 5th grade will begin school at Conyers Middle School. The MOID classes of Ms. Bridges and Ms. McCanless will be going to CJ Hicks today.

Buses will take students directly to these locations. Parents of Car riders should also drop off pre-k through 2nd grade at CJ Hicks and 3rd through 5th grade at Conyers Middle School at the regular time. We do not know when we will be allowed back into our school, but will keep you informed as we are told by law enforcement. Thank you for your cooperation.
