Man Found Shot Dead In Car Trunk In Park

A man was found shot to death inside the trunk of a car Saturday night, Atlanta police said.

Residents called police after hearing gunshots near the 700 block of Deckner Avenue.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a man, later identified as D'anta Williams, 30, of Morrow, shot at least five times inside a Red Chrysler 300 in Perkerson Park.

Investigators said Williams had been tied up.

Police said they don’t have a motive or suspects.
