Man Accused Of Assaulting Women In Revolving Door

ATLANTA —

A man accused of assaulting women as they went through the revolving door of an Atlanta government building has been arrested.

Police said Frank McMillan, 33, of Winston Salem, N.C., was arrested Wednesday after several women reported similar incidents at #2 Peachtree -- part of Georgia's Capitol Hill Complex.

One woman told police that McMillan groped her in the building’s lobby, and three others reported that he grabbed them in the revolving door.

The women said McMillan then the fled, but Capital police apprehended him at the intersection of Luckie and Forsyth streets. Police said he appeared to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

McMillan is charged with one count of sexual battery in connection with the alleged lobby incident and three counts of simply battery in connection with the incidents in the revolving door.

He was taken to the Fulton County Jail.
