DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. —

A pregnant woman whose husband and son died in a fire said they were planning to find out if she is carrying a boy or girl.

Seamona Stewart said her husband was a big man with a big heart, and her four-year-old will be terribly missed.

The widow said she is hurting yet celebrating the life of Darryl Stewart, her beloved husband of 11 years.

"He loved his family. He was a gentle giant," she told Channel 2's Tom Jones.

She's also remembering the love they showered on their son, Nathan.

Both were killed in a mysterious fire at their home on Wellborn Hills Place Tuesday night.

DeKalb County fire investigators said the two were in their car in the driveway when it caught fire. The flames then spread to their home and destroyed it.

Stewart did not want to discuss the fire, but she did talk about how her faith was pulling her through.

"I don't have strength but God's strength is perfect and that's what I'm going off of," she said.

Despite her loss, Stewart said she will make sure her husband's memory lives on.

"I'm four and a half months (pregnant). And my focus is now bringing this child into the world and making sure he or she knows who his father was," Stewart said.

Meanwhile, investigators continue their probe to try and determine the cause of the fire.
