Thousands of Atlantans took to the streets Saturday to show their support for breast cancer victims and survivors.
About 18,000 runners attended the 22nd annual Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure."
The event kicked off near midtown's Atlantic Station early Saturday.
The race raises money for breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment. Most of the donations support local projects.
