Sneiderman trial evidence list comes to light

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. —

Channel 2 Action News has obtained a new list of evidence for the upcoming trial of a woman accused of killing her husband outside their son’s day care.

Andrea Sneiderman is charged with murder in the 2010 shooting that killed her husband, Rusty. Her former GE Energy supervisor, Hemy Neuman, is already serving a life sentence for pulling the trigger.

Prosecutors filed the evidence list this week as they shared the case file with Sneiderman’s defense team. The document lists more than 9,000 pages of evidence and an additional 91 disks of recordings and interviews.

Much of the evidence was already disclosed during Neuman's trial earlier this year, but there are several new items, including a mystery man in Sneiderman's life.

The 9,233-page discovery list includes many of the same witnesses from the Neuman trial, but also includes evidence specifically geared toward Andrea Sneiderman and their relationship. Prosecutors have subpoenaed video of Sneiderman's entire testimony from the Neuman trial, presumably to attempt to use her own words against her in her trial.

The list mentions information from her computer, her credit card records, and receipts and surveillance video from GE Energy.

Just four days before Neuman’s guilty verdict in March, prosecutors executed another search warrant, but the document does not disclose what was searched.

The list includes an AT&T cell tower location chart, which an FBI agent used to track Sneiderman's location, as she told friends her husband was shot. She testified she didn't have that information until she arrived at the hospital.

There are also disks containing call detail while Sneiderman was in the DeKalb County Jail. The jail confirms calls are recorded. Prosecutors specifically listed as evidence at least a dozen conversations with her parents, and eight calls to a number belonging to a man named Joseph Dell.

Channel 2 Action News cameras captured video of Dell leaving the courthouse with Sneiderman, the day a judge banned her from attending the rest of the Neuman trial. Court records show Dell's ex-wife had filed for divorce three days earlier, the same day Andrea took the stand in the case. According to Dell's divorce filing, he separated from his wife last summer, while she was six months pregnant.

Dell did not return calls for comment.

The attorneys in the case are all under a gag order, prohibiting them from speaking about the case.
