Atlanta police have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a restaurant owner.

Police arrested 23-year-old Otis Ricks and charged him with the murder of Vanessa Thrasher, better known as Elaine.

Thrasher was shot and killed inside O.T.’s Lounge and Soul Food Grill early Thursday morning.

Ricks was arrested at a hotel on Old Dixie Highway.

Police said more arrests are expected.
