ATLANTA —

Police are looking for a pair of armed men who robbed a Buckhead bank and fled during a thunderstorm.

Rain covered surveillance cameras captured the two men entering and leaving the Fifth Third Bank at 2555 Piedmont Road.

Police said the two men entered the bank just before 4 p.m. and announced they were robbing the bank. One of the robbers showed a silver semi-automatic handgun, FBI agents said.

The men took an undisclosed amount of money and ran from the bank, passing cameras a second time.

Agents described the first robber as a black male in his late teens or early 20s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, slender build, wearing a red ball cap and dark-colored hoodie.

The second robber is described as a black male in his early 20s, medium build and wearing a black or dark-colored jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI Atlanta office at 404-679-9000.
