After spending 3 weeks in jail, Andrea Sneiderman has posted bond and been released from the DeKalb County Jail.

Channel 2's Jodie Fleischer was there as Sneiderman walked out of the jail.

Judge Gregory A. Adams granted Sneiderman a $500,000 bond Tuesday in the case of her husband's death.

Sneiderman was arrested Aug. 2 after being indicted on murder charges. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, was convicted earlier this year of shooting and killing Andrea's husband, Rusty Sneiderman, outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.

As part the judge's ruling, Sneiderman had to pay at least $250,000 in cash to be released. A cashier's check was handed over Thursday morning and Sneiderman was released after being fitted for an ankle bracelet.

During Tuesday’s bond hearing, the judge also ordered that she would have to live with her parents under house arrest, having to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet, only being allowed to leave for doctors' appointments and to see her attorneys.

The judge also ruled Sneiderman had to surrender her passport, along with her children's passports.

Fleischer filed an open-records request for the logs of who has been visiting Sneiderman while she's been in jail.

Most of the visits were from her attorneys, her parents and her rabbi. Three of the friends who testified on her behalf at her bond hearing Tuesday were also on the visitors list.

Sneiderman has been in jail for the past three weeks, ever since a SWAT team arrested her at her parents' lake house.

Her parents were at the jail Wednesday morning hoping she'd be released sooner, since the judge granted the bond Tuesday afternoon.

However, Adams did not file his order until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

One of Sneiderman's attorneys visited for about an hour Wednesday, as did her rabbi.

Wednesday, Adams also put in a place a gag order prohibiting attorneys from discussing the Hemy Neuman case or the case against Sneiderman.

Adams set an arraignment date of Oct. 8 for Sneiderman.
