ATLANTA —

Atlanta fire crews were called to a fire at an abandoned hotel Tuesday morning.

Chief Kelvin Cochran told Channel 2 the fire was 70 percent involved by the time crews arrived at 660 Interchange Drive SW around 1:30 a.m.

Firefighters let the building burn to the ground and are currently checking for hot spots.

No one was injured in the fire. The fire department is still investigating the cause of the fire.

The abandoned building was previously home to the Inhome Suites hotel.
