ATLANTA —

Halloween night means a busy rush hour that is expected to start earlier than usual.

The rush hour could begin as early as 2 o'clock this afternoon.

Many parents leave work early to take their kids trick or treating in the early evening hours.

Local police recommend drivers slow down and watch out for all the little ghosts and goblins.
