Investigators found the body of Angela Green inside her Norcross apartment Tuesday night.
Friends of the victim called police to the Wood Chase Apartments on Brook Hollow Parkway after becoming concerned.
Police say Green's apartment door had been forced open, but right now, they have no leads on a suspect or motive.
"This is the early stages of this investigation and we're going over all those possibilities, but right now we don't have any solid suspects." said Cpl. Darren Moloney of the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Police have not said how Green was killed
