MARIETTA, Ga. —
Marietta police are investigating after an elderly woman was threatened by a home invader early Sunday morning.
Police said a man forced entry into the woman’s home on Hazel Street and threatened to harm her if she did not cooperate.
The man took an unknown amount of cash and jewelry from the home.
The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and released.
