Andrea Sneiderman and the parents of her murdered husband have reached a settlement in their months-long visitation and custody battle involving her children.

Notice of the settlement was filed Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court, but conditions of the agreement were not disclosed. Neither the widow’s attorney nor the lawyer for Don and Marilyn Sneiderman would comment on the case.

A DeKalb County grand jury indicted Andrea Sneiderman on Aug. 2 on charges of malice murder, insurance fraud and racketeering and two counts each of perjury and false statements in connection to her husband’s November 2010 murder. Prosecutors allege she plotted with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, who acknowledged fatally shooting Sneiderman and was sentenced in March to life in prison.

The day after Andrea Sneiderman’s arrest, her in-laws filed a motion in Fulton Superior Court seeking emergency custody of their two grandchildren, ages 6 and 3. The Sneidermans had previously been embroiled in a dispute over visitation rights, alleging their daughter-in-law was keeping her children away from them.

Andrea Sneiderman was expected to give a deposition in the custody case next week, but that will no longer be necessary because of the settlement.

She has denied any involvement in her husband’s death and is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 8.
