MARIETTA, Ga. —
Investigators released surveillance pictures of the man.
Officials said he stole close to $5,000 in merchandise from Target stores in Cobb, Fulton and Paulding counties since Aug. 31.
Police said he may be driving a silver, 4-door Chrysler PT Cruiser.
