Nasheed Williams, 30, played the instant game Georgia's $500 Million Club and won a $1 million prize.
She bought the winning ticker at the Kroger, located at 3559 Chamblee Tucker Road in Chamblee. Williams scratched the ticket in the car while her husband was driving.
"We were hollering and screaming," she said.
According to Williams, she will purchase a new home and eventually open her own hair salon.
Williams and her husband, who will celebrate their third wedding anniversary on Sept. 1, are planning a Labor Day weekend getaway.
"We didn't get to have a honeymoon," Williams shared. "We're going to get the honeymoon that we really wanted."
