Atlanta Carpooler Writes YouTube Rap Hit

ATLANTA —

Atlanta traffic can make people do strange things.

Just watch drivers cut each other off, run red lights or give each other the one-finger salute.

Vince Roseborough turned to music.

Last year, Roseborough was carpooling from Lawrenceville to Alpharetta, along with Mona Fetta, Wisler Myrthil and Jose Cardenas, when a rap song came on the radio.

The carpoolers thought the lyrics were ridiculous.

Roseborough joked you could write a rap song about anything; then sat down and wrote a rap song about carpooling.

When his carpooling buddies heard it, they were impressed. They insisted he send it to The Clean Air Campaign.

The folks at The Clean Air Campaign were so impressed with Roseborough's rap, they helped turn it into a video. From there it went onto YouTube.

Roseborough, Fetta, Myrthil and Cardenas all appear as themselves in the video.
