$12 Million In Marijuana Found In Fulton Warehouse

S. FULTON COUNTY, Ga. —

A tip led investigators to hundreds of marijuana plants in a South Fulton County warehouse, investigators said.

Authorities said the pot plants are worth an estimated $12 million.

The marijuana growth operation was found at a warehouse off Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Interstate 20 in South Fulton County.

Authorities e-mailed Channel 2 Action News pictures of the mammoth operation.

In the pictures, you can see rows and rows of pot plants.

The Coweta-Newton County Drug Task Force said the tip came in on May 14.

Police arrested Desmond Lampkin and Maud Lampkin in connection with the crime.
