ATLANTA - MARTA officials say the West End station is back open after authorities closed it for about two hours to investigate a suspicious package.
Officials told Channel 2 Action News an item was removed around noon but they did not identify the contents inside.
Passengers were shuttled by bus while officials dealt with the situation.
Officials said normal rail and bus operations are restored.
