Tripp Halstead admitted to hospital with breathing problems

Tripp Halstead is back in the hospital due to breathing problems.

Tripp's mom, Stacy Halstead, posted a message on Facebook around midnight that doctors told her to take him to the emergency room due to labored and shallow breathing.

"Worst case scenario is that he is having seizures. Best case is that he has pneumonia," Halstead wrote.

Later Thursday morning Halstead said Tripp had no infections, but they were still awaiting further test results.

On Tuesday, the family marked one year since Tripp, now 3 years old, suffered a traumatic brain injury. He was struck in the head by a falling branch outside his Winder day care as Georgia was feeling the effects of winds associated with Superstorm Sandy.
