GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - About 2,000 customers lost electricity Sunday morning in northern Gwinnett County due to a mechanical issue with a power pole.
Several streetlights were out near the intersection of GA 20 and Buford Drive, according to Georgia Power.
Power crews got the outages down to about 300 by Sunday afternoon.
Gwinnett authorities remind drivers to treat intersections as a four-way stop if the streetlights are completely out.
