ATLANTA - Thousands of bicyclists hit the road Tuesday morning to bring attention to road safety.
News Chopper 2 flew over the group as police escorted them along Chamblee Dunwoody Road to the state Capitol in downtown Atlanta.
The cyclists say they are calling on state road officials to improve safety. They also want transportation projects geared for cyclists and pedestrians.
