SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A man arrested in connection with the death of horses on his property is now facing new animal cruelty charges.
Investigators charged Brandon Fulton with aggravated animal cruelty last July after they found four dead and three malnourished horses on his south Fulton County property.
He is now facing 11 counts of animal cruelty after investigators found more horses without food or water.

Animal control said no food or hay was found on the property.
One horse had become tangled in barbed wire, which was wrapped around a leg.
