The busy Burger King is on Old National Highway in College Park.

Customer Shay Atkins says that's disappointing because she goes there once a month for a veggie burger.

One of the violations the inspector found was employees not washing hands properly because the sink in the kitchen was in disrepair. There was no hot water.

Other violations included a heavy buildup on the ceiling of the walk-in cooler, failure to provide active managerial control and chicken inside the walk in cooler was dated to be used two days before the inspection.

When Sbarge went to the Burger King, the district manager was there. He was having an intervention meeting with an educator from the Fulton County Health Department to go over safe food practices.

The district manager didn't want to go on camera but said a plumber immediately fixed the hot water problem with the sink. He also said the mold in the cooler was removed and other violations fixed. He says he recently started overseeing this College Park Burger King and is making sure it stays in compliance.

One customer says if the score gets back up she'll return.

Shawny Jackson says she believes everyone deserves a second chance. The restaurant will be reinspected this month.
